Your Story.
Your Legacy.
Your Voice.
Written and preserved with honesty, depth, and care.
At the heart of every memoir is a human need to be understood. Every person carries a story worthy of being met with care.
Every life is extraordinary. Every story deserves to be told. A memoir honours a life fully lived, with clarity, care, and truth.
Transform your life into a lasting legacy.
Your life holds more than memories. It holds meaning, hard-won insight, and moments that shaped who you are today.
Writing a memoir is more than recording events. It is a way to make sense of your journey, uncover the essence of who you are, preserve the lessons you’ve learned, and share your wisdom with those you love.
This process is designed to help you reflect, articulate, and capture your story with honesty and depth, even if you’ve never considered yourself a “writer.” Your voice, values, and lived experience remain at the centre throughout.
What You Receive:
• A deeply personal, professionally crafted memoir that captures who you are and what matters most
• A meaningful gift that connects and inspires the people who matter most, now and into the future
Why Memoir. Why now.
Most people don’t think their life is extraordinary—until time begins to erase the details.
The voice of a parent.
The texture of a childhood home.
The moments that shaped values, resilience, humour, grief, love.
These are rarely written down. And when they disappear, they are gone for good.
A memoir is not about fame or perfection.
It is about being understood.
It is about giving your family more than dates and photographs.
It is giving them context.
The why behind decisions.
The lessons learned the hard way.
The truths that never quite made it into conversation.
Many people intend to tell their story “one day.”
That day often arrives too late.
Writing your memoir now means:
Preserving memories while they are still vivid and honest
Relieving the quiet burden of carrying a lifetime of untold stories
Offering future generations a deeper sense of who you were—and why it mattered
For some, this is an act of reflection.
For others, it is an act of healing.
For many, it becomes a gift their family never knew they needed.
Your story does not need to be dramatic to be meaningful.
It only needs to be true.
This is why memoir matters.
And this is why now is the right time.
Meet Your Executive Writer
JESSICA CLEVERLEY | WRITER, AUTHOR, STORYTELLER
I’m Jessica, a behavioural science graduate, international author, and lifelong listener. I’ve travelled to 61 countries, drawn less by destinations and more by people—their stories, resilience, and the quiet moments that shape a life. Moving through different cultures taught me how to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and build trust with people from all walks of life.
Over the past thirteen years, I’ve written and published two books, including The Unravelling Journey, which traces my path across seven continents while navigating personal trauma and triumphs. Writing my own memoir required more than reflection—it demanded research, discernment, and the ability to sift through years of lived experience to uncover meaning and truth. This process taught me how to recognise patterns, honour nuance, and translate complex inner lives into words that faithfully reflect the person behind them, preserving the heart of a life with attentiveness and authenticity.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to receive recognition for both academic excellence and community-centred work, including Highest Academic Achiever and the Mossop-Wilson and Heart Awards through the University of Notre Dame. The honours affirm that my work is grounded in empathy paired with rigour, curiosity guided by care, and research sustained by dedication.
Today, I bring this blend of research skill, lived experience, and human connection to helping others document their lives with precision and compassion. Every memoir I help shape is crafted to honour the individual, preserve meaningful experiences, and leave a legacy for family, friends, and future generations that is both honest and enduring.

Choose the Package That Fits You
Every memoir receives the same care, attention, and professional standard, no matter which tier you select. You will work directly with me, an experienced memoirist, throughout the process to ensure every detail is captured authentically. Your story is never outsourced or templated.
The tiered pricing structure exists to make memoir writing accessible. Writing a memoir requires hundreds of hours of listening, reflection, research, writing, and careful shaping. At the same time, rising living costs mean a single price point could put memoir writing out of reach for some people.
I offer three tiers—Access, Standard, and Legacy Support—so more people can preserve their life stories with dignity.
Access offers the same depth of work at a lower investment.
Standard is the most popular, balancing depth and value.
Legacy Support allows you help make memoir writing possible for others. Please consider this if you are in a position to contribute more.
The difference between tiers is cost, not quality.
Please choose the option that best fits your financial circumstances.

Your questions answered.
-
The process begins with a preliminary conversation to understand your story and choose the right package. Then, we typically have two interviews, spaced 1–2 weeks apart, in the comfort of your home (or virtually if required). After these initial interviews, I transcribe and draft the first section of your memoir. You review this draft to ensure we’re on track. Further interviews and drafting refine the story, incorporating additional details, family history, and visual elements. You approve every stage, and the final memoir is delivered only when you are completely satisfied.
-
It typically takes 6–16 weeks, depending on the package and the length or complexity of your memoir.
-
You don’t need to write anything yourself. I handle all writing. Your role is to share your story during interviews and, if you wish, provide materials such as a timeline of key events, important dates, photographs, letters, or memorabilia. You don’t need to have everything remembered or organised—interviews and any supporting materials help uncover gaps and add depth, but nothing is mandatory. The process is designed to be guided, supportive, and manageable.
-
You are involved as much as you want to be. Interviews allow me to capture your natural voice, tone, and way of speaking, and I often include direct quotes to preserve authenticity. You review drafts at key stages and can request changes, additions, or refinements. This ensures the final memoir genuinely reflects you, while I manage the research, writing, and editing.
-
Yes. You have full input throughout the process, and changes can be made up until the final draft is approved.
-
You remain in full control throughout the process. You review every draft and provide feedback, and the memoir is only finalised and printed when you are fully happy with it. Your comfort is always the priority. My trauma-informed, empathetic approach—grounded in behavioural science and memoir writing—creates a safe, supportive space where you can share at your own pace, or choose not to share certain details at all. Sensitive or traumatic experiences are handled with care, discretion, and professionalism, and you decide what is shared, how it is framed, and whether it is included.
-
Family history is encouraged, and photographs, letters, and memorabilia can be included to enrich your memoir visually as well as in words. Stories involving other people may be included with their consent, or where they are directly relevant to your experiences. I guide you through these decisions carefully to ensure clarity, respect, and integrity.
-
Yes. Every life is meaningful. Memoirs are not about fame—they are about being understood and leaving a record of lived experiences for those you care about.
-
Each package—Access, Standard, and Legacy Support—includes in-person interviews (or virtual if required), travel to your home within 100 km of Perth CBD (otherwise a travel budget is discussed), transcription, research, drafting, and editing.
You receive one printed, leather-bound copy with brass engraving, plus a digital version. Additional printed copies are available for $100 each.
Most memoirs begin at 20,000 words, with longer formats available if required. Every package receives the same quality of writing and care. -
Legacy Support allows those who can afford it to pay forward for clients in lower tiers. This helps ensure more life stories are preserved, while also supporting my work as a professional memoir writer.
-
Yes. Payment is structured to balance fairness and flexibility:
30% deposit after preliminary discussions to confirm your package and word count
40% after delivery of the first draft, following the first two interviews
30% upon delivery of the final draft for your review and approval before printing
-
The memoir is primarily private, designed to be shared with family and loved ones. Public publishing is optional and can be discussed if desired.
